A West Australian born and educated dentist who has spent close to 30 years in private practice doing what he does best — providing thorough, honest dental care with genuine attention to detail.
Dr Lego graduated with honours from the University of Western Australia in 1989, receiving prizes across multiple disciplines including prosthodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, restorative dentistry and dental materials.
After several years practising in regional WA, he returned to Perth to pursue postgraduate study in orthodontics and took up a teaching appointment in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at UWA. He entered private practice in 1996 and has been based in the Hampden Road precinct in Nedlands ever since.
Over his career, Dr Lego developed a particular interest in the relationship between sleep, jaw function and dental health. Today this specialist knowledge shapes everything he does — a holistic approach with particular emphasis on how sleep bruxism, snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea can affect dental health and overall wellbeing.
